Project: Preservation and Designed Product—Belgian Yard Game

The community of Victor, Iowa, has a group of residents that still play the Belgian game of Rolle Bolle. There is an indoor court above the local bar called B’s Sports Bar & Grill and an outdoor court next to the post office. The local group members are largely retired but are trying to preserve the game and recruit younger community members. We are working with this community to capture this history and to archive or otherwise record some of the antique memorabilia.
